Guitar Amplifier Speaker Cabinets

Something that I once studied after two years of Electronics classes in high school, and Vocational Electronics for a third year was Acoustic Engineering. This brought me closer to carpentry in the design of speaker cabinets. Today, thirty years later, I find that my neighbor across the lane designs and builds them, and so I have here dabbled back into what it might take to make a one-piece amp with a speaker cabinet along with a travelling case that would allow raising it up higher in placement by merely stacking the contents on top of the case once emptied. Perhaps we might be able to work together on an open-back model. Just two twelve-inch speakers. At first I drew one with 11mm plywood, but then again thought to make it thicker at 19mm in Baltic Birch which comes in oddball five by five foot sheets.
