Billboard Design

Ideas are floating around to make billboards on the side of a big warehouse. Thousands drive by in both directions each day, but I haven't researched the community ordinances on this application.

Just guessing on proportions I thought that some I've seen around are 10' x 40'. These would be situated seventeen feet above grade.
