Highway Noise Abatement, and Ramp Embankment Walls

With news of work on the interstate highway going on through Pueblo, I-25, I imagined a design for use in noise abatement that might  actually work.

I also imagined a better way of banking against on and off ramps with terracing after looking at a failed attempt that sits at the southbound offramp at First Street.
