Above is the layout for a purely decorative guardrail. it's only Fifteen inches or so high for a dog. It was kept after an elderly dog passed away and is now used by a puppy half a year later. This work coincides with replacementy of rotting pine decking with redwood boards, the pickets replacing plastic lattice.
