The Slouch Cap is comprised of eight triangular pieces of material that are sewn together with the pattern running perpendicular to the center. The wide ends run down to a crown band depending on the size and are given more slack in the front than the back. One the front the slouch has a snap that buttons to the visor, or bill, which is covered with the same material top and bottom.
