Slaughter House Brick Structure

Brick structures can be pretty complicated. This structure used to be part of a slaughterhouse and meat packing plant in my hometown of Pueblo, Colorado. I've been trying to re-assess whether or not fixing it up would be worth the effort and expense. So far I have found the main advantage to be in the fact that the entire yard is done over in concrete, would have excellent parking should it ever be used as an art gallery or shopping complex.
