The Pueblo Power Plant ~ After Blueprint Access

There is a lot less guesswork now to draw this Art Deco building. I had to make one custom texture to simulate bricks laid in soldier bond. 

I doubt there are many other buildings in town that have windows over twenty feet tall. 

I got one drawing done of the basement stairway beforehand, but now must revamp its height from 16 feet to 18.
